The sales team at Amper Group has been strengthened by Vladimír Kučera, who joined in the position of sales director at Amper Savings on 1 April 2021.

Vladimír graduated in 1995 in Heavy Current Electrical Engineering and Automation from the Electrical Engineering Technical College/Vocational School in Brno.

He began working at ENBRA, where he held a number of positions, from technical consulting in hydraulic regulation, M and R, thermal engineering, through sales and strategic management and foreign trade. In 2004 he left the company from the position of the strategy director for the CR and SR, to return in 2008 for 3 years in the position of sales director and director of strategic purchasing. In the meantime and subsequently, he alternated between the Czech Republic and abroad at leading international manufacturers of equipment for thermal technology, fittings, piping systems and M and R – as area manager or branch director for the CR and SR (Ferroli, RKG – IWKA). He gained experience from the implementation phase of projects inter alia as the sales director at TRASKO and subsequently from 2016 during his employment at EVČ, where he was the sales and technical director and executive and, after the successful merger with ENESA, the sales director and board member. At both EVČ and ENESA he was also responsible for the EPC&DB section, and during his tenure important projects were acquired and implemented that were awarded inter alia by the APES association.

He has been involved in solving of many industrial and technological applications, he has been an active lecturer, technical consultant and educator for the professional public. He was also behind the successful creation and implementation of several corporate sales, marketing, product and innovation strategies, company restarts, and the introduction/innovation of sales and manufacturing processes.

At Amper Group, he is responsible for the sales aspects of energy projects from marketing to implementation phases.
